Steps to training at CrossFit Missoula:
Crossfit Missoula is a private, bare bones, athletic
training facility. The training is rigorous and the results are guaranteed, so
long as you show up and do your best. You have the option of joining one of
three Teams that meet five days a week. See the schedule below.
If you are interested in training with us, you will
first need to
Contact Daniel to find out which Teams have
openings. If the Team you are interested in joining is full, you will be placed
on a waiting list and will be contacted when an opening is available.
Once you've selected a Team, the first week is your trial by ordeal
and is free. If you decide to join the Team, the remainder of the month will be
prorated. After that you will pay $97 a month.

What is CrossFit?
"CrossFit is the principle strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
The CrossFit program delivers a fitness that is by design broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is in not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. Terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders, and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. We scale load and intensity. We don’t change programs."
